You will need also sun protection (hats, sunglasses, sunscreen) in most rainforest locations and especially in such rainforest locations like rivers and lagoons.
2. Food and water. When traveling in a strange country eating unusual foods and the chance to drink unfiltered water is frequent, as are certain ailments.
