Think about where you want to choose a hotel. It can be closer to the airport or in the suburbs. If you don’t want to opt for expensive hotels near the airport, go for a cheaper one that is in the center of the locality, where there would be better transport access to the major roads of the city.

Ask whether they provide you the facilities such as taxis, Internet accesses, and other personal services such as laundry, ironing, etc., required by a normal business traveler. Also keep a watch on the menu they are offering. If you are a foody, you can have great time too!
The most important concern for a women traveler while selecting a hotel for them is the security feature. Always choose a room that is nearer to the elevator, but not near to the staircase. Before entering the room, make sure that the door is provided with automatic latch and that can be bolted from inside properly. Prefer the hotels that accommodate families or business personnel to those offer midnight parties and events.
Women travelers are likely to suffer more if they get into a wrong hotel. If you are engaged in a late night business meeting and are to arrive the hotel, you will be sometimes frustrated to see no one at the lobby to take care of your security. Always make sure that you get a security assistance to accompany you to your room in the late night. Most of the hotels will be crowded by the night, and you will be at high risk if you travel alone through the long corridors or the elevators. Last but not the least, consider your pocket. One final word - Go for the reputed chain of hotels only. They are costlier, yet they are better.
